The GTA provides property management and maintenance services to all eight satellite associations located within The Galena Territory through its wholly owned subsidiary, The Galena Trading Corporation. Managing and maintaining these associations is in the best interests of the GTA to ensure compliance with Territory standards, including the Architectural Review Guidelines.
Each satellite association is an independent entity and corporation with their own board of directors elected from their members. Each board of directors makes their own decisions and operates with complete autonomy. Each of the associations has chosen to contract with the Galena Trading Corporation for management and maintenance services. As their agent, the GTC is responsible to implement the decisions of the board of directors.
