The Galena Territory is dedicated to building and fostering a thriving community. Our portfolio of small associations needs a dynamic and passionate Portfolio Community Manager to oversee services and nurture relationships in our unique community.

Position Overview:
As the Portfolio Community Manager, you will engage with our members, customers, and stakeholders to build a vibrant, loyal, and growing associations. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all daily operational activities, ensuring consistent and meaningful interactions that help support both client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships and maintain communication with community members across various platforms.
  • Act as the main point of contact for community-related inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with volunteers and team members to gather insights and solutions for the business needs of each association.
  • Organize and execute board business meetings to engage volunteers and drive awareness.
  • Perform/organize completion of daily and seasonal operations needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management (3+ years preferred).
  • Must hold a valid Community Manager license and driver license from the State of Illinois.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in word processing applications, preparing presentation materials, and creating spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve issues as they materialize.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range $55,000 - $70,000 and full benefit package.

The Maintenance Operations Manager will oversee the company’s physical assets, facilities, and services. This role will focus on areas including maintenance, landscaping, operational efficiency, service development, and sustainability initiatives. As a pivotal figure in our organization, the Maintenance Operations Manager will drive improvements, support strategic goals, and ensure the success of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, landscaping, and care of all company facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Manage service development and support the growth of facilities-related services.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to physical assets and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resource utilization and operational workflows.
