Thank you for being part of the Galena Territory Association. We have a highly trained, experienced staff available to assist you with any questions or problems you might have. If we can’t help we will direct to the correct party. Below is a list of management, department coordinators and administrative staff members. Please contact us any time you need assistance.

He works with the Board of Directors to implement their policies and decisions.

	Susan Miller, Executive Director of Coroporate Services 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-2000 smiller@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: Susan is responsible for the management of the amenities and several operational departments. She works with many board committees and handles the satellite townhouse association management.

	Dave Oldenburg, Executive Director of Architectural Compliance 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-8392 doldenburg@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: Dave oversees the Architectural Review Department and works with many board committees. For questions regarding construction procedures, and rules and regulations, please contact him.

	Dixie birkbeck, Executive Assistant 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-2000 dbirkbeck@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: As Administrative Assistant, Dixie assists management as well as oversees the operation of the administration office and its many programs. Dixie also handles all the boat docking assignments and works closely with the Member Services Department.

	Sue Young, Recreational Manager 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-8272 syoung@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: This lady does it all! She plans events and activities for people of all ages. She also works with the Social Committee and is the person to contact if you are interested in renting one of our facilities. Sue also oversees the Fitness Center.

	Emily Lubcke, Natural Resources Manager 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-2000 elubcke@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: Emily works with the Greenspace and Lake Management and Ecology Committees to plan, restore, and steward these vital common areas. She is also responsible for authorizing the removal or trimming of trees on lots. She is our Human Resources specialist, handles cash management and governmental reporting.

	Roy Wiemerslage, Webmaster 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-2000 webmaster@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: Roy is responsible for posting approved material to our website. He oversees the functionality of the website, the weather cam and receives submitted images and material for the web. He is the person to submit suggestions about our website and notify when things aren't working.

	Jan Hoedebecke, Director of Communications 2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL 61036 815-777-2000 jhoedebecke@thegalenaterritory.com Assisting you in the following areas: Jan is responsible for improving communication both within the Association as well as with outside organizations. She will focus her efforts on communication with the membership, primarily as editor of the Territory Times.
