Burn Ban Effective June 28, 2012

Effective immediately, a burn ban was placed throughout Jo Daviess County including but not limited to all municipalities, towns and townships.

This burn ban includes any recreational fires (including fire pits), brush or yard waste, fireworks, camp fires, etc.

The burn ban is a result of dry weather conditions and will remain in effect until conditions improve or until further notice.
